• If you cancel less then 24 hours before your Appointment, we have to charge 50% of the price.*

• If you cancel less then 12 hours before your Appointment, we have to charge 100% of the price.*

• If you show up to your appointment more then 15 minutes late, we have to cancel your appointment and charge 100% of the price.*
